The benefits of One-on-One sessionsEvery body has a unique structure, every mind is different, and everyone brings a unique set of requirements and an individual approach to movement.One-on-One Pilates sessions allow you to work at your own pace in a private environment. You are taught according to your sepcific aims and needs. Men particularly enjoy the privacy of a one-on-one session and the opportunity to work with Pilates equipment. In your introduction to Pilates, we assess your current posture and movement range and discuss with you what you would like to acheive through your Pilates practice. Your aims might be to reduce pain, improve posture or improve strength, flexibility or overall fitness. We design a specific exercise program for you and work with you to help you to acheive your aims. Constant feedback helps you to find and maintain proper form and alignment.
